Accounts Assistant

The Consultancy Group is currently partnered with a production house who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with business stakeholders to discuss any irregularities and update on existing job information.
  • Processing / posting supplier invoices, ensuring all relevant information is correct.
  • Assist with raising purchase orders for suppliers.
  • Weekly cashflow reporting updates.
  • Review job budgets against actual figures.
  • Provide support for AR when required - raising invoices, chasing outstanding invoices and new client credit checks.
  • Annual year end reporting.
  • Ad hoc admin tasks.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience with invoicing, although that is not essential. The ability to prioritise and plan effectively is a must as there will be weekly and monthly targets and deadlines to meet. You must also be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
