We have partnered with a global Technology client of ours on an exciting Business Analyst opportunity. The role is to focus on the continuous improvement and enhancements to a custome portal.
You will work closely with the Product Owner to gather requirements from the business and understand the feasibility of ideas. You will be responsible for creating documention to improve beack end processes including marketing, sales and lead generation.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with stakeholders across business funtions.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Demonstralbe experience of supporting customer/partner portals
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- A background in marketing and/or sales
