The Consultancy Group’s Transformation business have recently partnered with a FTSE listed business to support in scaling up and mobilising their global Transformation programme. As part of the programme, we are looking for a Business Transformation Director to be responsible for leading and managing the Business Recovery programme.

Responsibilities:

• The purpose of the program is to coordinate multiple new and in-flight business initiatives under one program of change & governance, to redirect the business on an upward trajectory.

• The programme consists of three core workstreams; (1) Operations, (2) Talent & (3) Performance & Cash Management.

• The role will have regular access to C-Suite and report directly to the ad-hoc committee and Board on behalf of the program.

• In addition to program management, the role manages a team of project management professionals deployed across the organisation delivering business change.

 Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in Consulting and / or similar role in a leading global business;

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute on end-to-end deliverables

• Can lead, run & mobilise multiple stakeholders up to board level

• Ambitious, self-aware, and able to drive success while working autonomously
