Change and Comms Consultant - £500-£600pd - 1st March start date
My Fintech client are implementing Salesforce and require a Change specialist to define the change strategy and deliver internal and external comms across the business.
They are seeking candidates who have previously delivered comms to a global scale. Experience working on a Salesforce implementation is a MUST.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Excellent Drafting and Communication Skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Excellent Workshop Planning Skills
- Understanding of Process
- Understanding and Practice of Detailed Change Impact Assessments
- Experienced with Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement
- Experience with Agile projects
Preferable to have at least one of the below:
- Previous experience with Software implementations across several regions/units
- Previous experience with Salesforce implementations
- Consulting Experience
- Multimedia experience - ability to put together visually appealing Communication deliverables (from posters and 1-page briefs to perhaps shot clips and videos)
