This £multi-billion Global business are now looking for a talented Change Director to be part of their ever-growing and ambitious finance transformation team. Working across an international portfolio, you will be leading the delivery of change across numerous large and exciting projects. Using your dedicated team, you will build and develop relationships across the business, managing change effectively from strategy and planning through to delivery.
Many of your duties will include:
- Delivering change across a broad spectrum, strategic and operational involvement
- Lead Change strategy, developing road maps and full impact assessments
- Develop strong business relationships and excellent networks across numerous teams. Striving for effective communication through the change cycle
- Embedding change effectively and ensuring it is understood and bought in to
- Work closely with communications to drive engagement and ensure we are clear and concise
- Collaborate and build relationships across most, if not all departments, including finance, technology, HR, procurement, sales and marketing
- Have a people centric approach coupled with an strong understanding of change management principles and methodology
