About the Company:

I'm working with a global London-based luxury retailer and distributor client who are recruiting for a 'Change Manager' to work in an autonomous capacity in this newly available position. The company achieved revenue of around 8 billion for 2021, with growth in the Group driven by market opportunities and global acquisition.

Quick summary of job:

As Change and Communications co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of all elements of the Change Programme through the organisation and delivery of all change activities, production of required reports, presentations and strong relationship with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout of Global Finance Systems, knowledge of Coupa is a distinct advantage.
  • Manage the delivery of the plan and create and maintain effective tools to track and monitor the completion of key activities.
  • Support the Global Transformation Director and Global Comms Lead in the development of key artefacts for programme delivery across the Group (all markets).
  • Plan, produce and own the delivery of key change activities, workshops, events and roadshow visits. This includes the set up and logistics of both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Produce detailed and timely board presentations documenting actions, outcomes and issues in collaboration with other Change and Transformation teams.
  • Ensure alignment and co-ordination on regional change activities with regional Change Leads.
  • Own and manage the governance for Change and Comms.
  • Manage stakeholders on both project and BAU
  • Help co-ordinate the organisational design activities.

Ideal candidates will have excellent change management skills, experience working within and supporting the delivery of complex global change projects and the ability to work within a remote team.

Other requirements:

  • Second Language (e.g. Polish, Spanish) is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience of rolling out Global Finance Systems e.g. Coupa, Blackline.
  • Advanced PowerPoint.
  • CMS/Intranet.
