Our client, a leading technology organisation are looking to hire a best in market Change Manager to guide them through a number of company wide systems implemenatations.

The main goal of this business critical role is to support the Transformation programme partner the employees across the group to change and ensure that they are willing, able and motivated to embrace new HR and Finance technologies and processes.

This opportunity will require creativity and strong influencing skills to capture the imagination and ensure they are as excited as the leadership team are about the transformation journey.

As a Change Specialist, you will be responsible for driving a structured change methodology and leading change management activities across 1-3 agile projects to deliver and embed change

The successful person will have a track record of leading effective change management projects- in particular, system, process and operating model change
