Do you have extensive hands on experience in Purchase Ledger looking for a new role?

Are you available on a short notice, prefer working remotely?

We are looking for an AP Accountant to take responsibility for all costs coming into the business to ensure we have all data accurate on our finance system on an ongoing basis in a fast-moving fun environment. Ensuring everyone gets paid on time and we as the finance team, service the company's finance requirements in an efficient and effective manner.

The Role:

  • Taking responsibility of all creditors and ensuring their accounts are 100% accurate at all times
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Preparing payments and sending out remittances
  • Obtaining relevant approvals and posting invoices
  • Posting payments when they have cleared the bank
  • Statement reconciliations to ensure everything on the ledgers is accurate
  • Dealing with any supplier/invoice queries in a fast and efficient manner
  • Build good relationships with your suppliers
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Expense claim management, obtain approvals and posting of expense
  • Meeting all deadlines for month end.
