A lovely media buying and planning agency are looking for an Assistant Finance Analyst to work on their UK and Global clients. You will be working in a commercial finance team of 4 with great people!! You will be able to learn a lot and progress. The Commercial Finance Team helps maximise the revenue & profitability of the agency, working very closely with the clients.

The Role:

• Preparing and distributing reports to the agency
• Monthly review of unpaid balances
• Working closely with the Billing Team in ensuring unbilled work
• Assisting in Preparation of Client Reconciliations, including reporting on actual versus forecast
• Updating the month-end files and posting WIP journals
• Preparing and posting month-end revenue journals: Accrued Fee, Accrued Commissions, Deferred Revenue
• Monthly review that commissions charged to clients are in line with contractual agreement
• Preparing quarterly commercial analysis
