My client is a fast-growth, multi-site retail business with offices based in Essex. They are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to work alongside the Head of Finance as they plan to go through a restructure. The role will be suitable for someone who can come in to streamline and stablise the team, hit the ground running, and work closely with senior heads.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly performance packs
• Variance analysis
• Monthly P&Ls and KPI reports
• Budgeting and forecasting

Candidate profile:

• ACA / ACCCA / CIMA qualified
• Multi-site / Retail / FMCG experience preferred
• Experience using D365 and Hyperion System
