Finance Transformation Consultant
Job description
The Consultancy Group’s Transformation business have recently been retained to scale up a Global Finance Transformation Programme in Media. Our client requires a Finance Transformation Consultant who will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the programme, identifying opportunities across the group to maximise service delivery and value over this 3 – 5 year programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery and implementation of the programme, taking personal accountability for the outcome(s) and the realisation of the associated benefits
Identify key risks and manage effectively, reforecasting project plan(s) where necessary minimising impact to client delivery and successful achievement of the project(s) P&L
Lead the interface with senior stakeholders and deliver effective interfaces and communications to all stakeholders
Guide the operational delivery teams through the process of change and make necessary adjustments to programme deliverables to realise benefits
Contribute to programme reviews that formally assess the programmes continued alignment with objectives, capability of delivery and measurable achievement of benefits
Ensure objectives for your team are aligned to project deliverables and monitor progress against these objectives
Kay Requirements
ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified experience
Previous Finance Transformation experience
Previous Consulting experience within a top tier consulting firm desirable
