The Consultancy Group are currently partnered with a Financial Services business who are looking to recruit an Accountant into their team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Posting journals including prepayments and accruals.
• Preparing group and individual management accounts.
• Preparing statutory financial statements
• Bank reconciliations.
• Assisting with audits.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will be studying towards a finance or accounting qualification (ACCA / CIMA), proficient with Excel and have at least 1-2 years' relevant accounting experience within practice. Study support is also available for this position.
