My client are in need of a French Speaking Financial Accountant for a period of 3 months that could be extended.
Main duties and responsibilities include -
- Perform calculations and prepare and input journals into the GL - this is a hands-on part of the role and critical in meeting month end deadlines.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly VAT returns for review
- Prepare tax returns and filings for review
- Liaise with external accountants and tax advisors in France.
- Provide external accountants with information required to prepare the annual accounts.
- Prepare documentation for the annual audit and enquiries by tax authorities.
