Global Financial Controller

The Consultancy Group have partnered with a Listed Global Organisation who are looking to recruit a Global Financial Controller for one of their highly profitable divisions. This listed business provides Catering, Facilities Management and Personal Home Services to over 100 million customers daily across the globe and they continue to grow at pace.

Reporting into one of the Global Finance Directors, this Global Financial Controller role will business partner with multiple key stakeholders internationally and will own the end to end finance process. As Global Financial Controller this role will help design, negotiate, simplify and ultimately understand the performance of contracts. They will provide accurate, effective and timely results for analysis, modelling, accounting and reporting purposes.

The Global Financial Controller will manage the communication between the International Regions, Suppliers, Global Buyers and the Finance Community. They will manage a team as well as multiple stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Finance Professional with significant post-qualified experience gained in an International and Multi-Cultural organisation. They will have strong Controls experience and be Process-Orientated with strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset. Clear communication skills are essential.
