A leading mutlinational Marketing business with Group revenues of over $1billion are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their growing business.

The role fits within the Group function of the business and has responsibility to deliver a robust budgeting, forecasting and performance management framework. The function provides consistent and insightful analytics to drive profitable customer growth and operational performance across 4 regions, as well as overseeing Group investment in Overheads and Capex.

The Group FP&A Analyst will partner with teams across the business (e.g. Group Reporting, Systems and Regional Finance teams) to progress the transformation agenda and drive other projects seeking to improve data across Group and Regional reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will need to be proactive and feel comfortable taking the initiative to network across the organisation with the various teams (including senior stakeholders) involved in each project. They will need to take the time to understand business needs then create and mobilise a project plan to fulfil these needs.

The suitable candidate will be -

Part qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)

Proven experience in a central role (e.g. FP&A, Internal Audit, Controlling) within a large multinational with regional and Group functions.

Available to start within 2 weeks.
