HR Transformation Programme Manager

​The Consultancy Group are currently supporting a listed business in Central London to mobilise an HR Transformation programme.As part of this, we are looking for an HR Programme Lead to have overall responsibility for process design, end to end process review, the definition of all technical requirements underpinning the key process design, and successful deployment globally of all people / talent process and systems in relation to the implementation of new HRIS/ERP technologies that support the talent lifecycle.Reporting to the CTO, this role will create and execute a clear strategy of design and deployment,

Key Requirements:

        Deep knowledge of people & talent processes and best practices

        Prior experience of leading people & talent transformation, system selection and change management with a global business

        A demonstrated ability to lead a transformation project by engagement with all staff, SMEs, systems integrators, key stakeholders sharing of vision, values and deliverables

        Experience of driving innovation, identifying efficiencies and streamline processes, in particular process reengineering/automation

        Experience of defining business objectives and of successful execution in line with strategic priorities

        Experience in Business Case development for support at all levels within the organization
