Currently recruiting for a Lead Power BI Consultant to join a global consualtany to work within the Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions using Power BI.

You will work closely with the insurance business teams to understand their requirements, identify data sources, and develop dashboards, reports, and data models. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Power BI solutions meet the business needs and technical standards of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Power BI solutions to meet business requirements and support decision-making.
• Analyze business needs and data sources to design and develop dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
• Collaborate with the business teams to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Power BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with a focus on Power BI.
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Good experience with Python and SQL
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Experience working in the insurance industry is essential
