Record to Report Process Lead

An industry leading Marketing business are looking for a record to report (R2R) Process Lead to join their Finance Transformation team, at the start of a global programme. This will include implementing SAP S4 HANA, as well as transitioning to a shared service centre.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the end-to-end R2R business processes across the business, driving process simplification, standardisation and an effective controls environment.
• Owning and developing the R2R process strategy including but not limited to; vision for how the process comes together, where the integration points are, consideration of geographical locations and how performance can be improved over time.

Preferred experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant post qualified experience.
• Experience leading significant R2R process improvement and SAP system deployments.
• Experience of working in a Shared Services/Outsourcing environment.
• Experience in identifying and implementing significant process improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and build strong business relationships
