Service Now Product Owner

Are you a Product Owner looking to start 2023 with an exciting new contract opportunity?

Then this could be just what you're looking for! I've partnered with a global Technology business to support the greenfield implementation of ServiceNow.

*ServiceNow experience is essential for this role*

You'll join their existing Systems Transformation team to incorporate the voice of the customer into the product solution. Your main tasks will include creating and maintaining a prioritised backlog of requirements and features whilst taking decisions concerning the solution on a feature level.

You'll draw on your ServiceNow experience to understand requirements for development, whilst working closely with the SI to develop and drive the product and roadmap aligned to the wider technology strategy. Other responsibilities will include:

  • representing the voice of the User having understood the business strategy and resulting prioritisation of features and issues
  • managing stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally to build and maintain relationships across the programme
  • work with peers overseas to leverage share and drive best practice
  • owning the product's lifecycle to ensure the system remains secure and up to date in line with necessary upgrades and providing minimal business impact

The role offers flexible working and will be largely remote, with minimal sporadic travel to the Manchester office.
