Training Lead (Coupa)

Job description

Our client, a global real estate organisation are currently looking to hire a Training Lead who has the ability execute a digital learning experience using articulate storyline.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work with key stakeholders and SMEs on a global L&D strategy across workstreams
  • Design and implement a comprehensive learning curriculum to enhance skill development
  • Promote and implement a new digital approach and the latest technologies in learning
  • Support training initiatives for internal business groups and external customers
  • Supervise train-the-trainer activities, trainer scripts and training plan
  • Implement a full range of learning solutions: eLearning, in-class, online webinars, bitesize learning, quick reference guides, knowledge portal
  • Deliver interactive and engaging virtual and classroom training
  • Initiate training program for the new Operational Model
  • Review training materials to reflect compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Organise workshops for all levels of enterprise
  • Facilitate meetings (Agile methodology) to map training needs to appropriate learning activities
