The Consultancy Group is working wiht a Management Conmsultancy Firm to secure an Accounts Receicvable Finance Assistant on a 12 month FTC.
The role will include, but not limited to;
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable Team Lead with various tasks in the AR Function.
- Carry out the monthly invoicing processes as well as liaising with stakeholders
- Work with the wider business to ensure the accuracy of the invoicing and production of key information
- Review projects in line with Contracts / Engagement Letters
- Prepare and submit Invoices and ensure they are VAT compliant
- Review aged WIP and expenses and liaise with the wider business to enable billing
