Job Description

The Consultancy Group have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivables Clerk within an FTSE Listed business based in West London. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely capture & payment of invoices.

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Provide certificate of residence and keep the file in order (requesting new or missing ones to the HMRC)
  • Daily Posting of the cash from bank accounts
  • Credit control
  • Monitoring the Insurance invoices and certificate
  • Produce statements as requested.
  • Prioritizing the work correctly and managing London invoices email address.
  • Take credit card payments
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is correctly stored.
  • Produce statements as requested.
  • Reconciliations
  • Attending work events to help with Cash collection
  • Assisting with Invoicing

Successful must have:

  • Min 1 years multi-currency experience working in an accounts receivables role
  • Excellent numeracy and IT skills (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail, performing all work with high levels of accuracy
