Entry Level Finance Administrator- £21,000 - Essex - Immediate Start
Your new company
An established leading Retail company who have large offices internationally are looking for an immediately available Credit Controller to join their growing team based in Essex. Due to growth an Interim Finance Administrator is needed for a 6 month FTC with the view to going permanent.
Your new role
You will be needed for 6months to support an already established team in Finance Administrator. Your duties will include;
- sort, code and match invoices
- enter and upload invoices into system
- post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- set invoices up for payment
- assisting in produce monthly reports
- assist in ad-hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for individuals who have recently graduated in Accounting and Finance degrees or who have a minimum AAT level 2. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 6 months experience in a finance department performing a similar role and 1 years' experience in a working environment such as customer service, administration or data entry.
