Job Responsibilities:
- Daily management of a small part-qualified team
- Ensure all deadlines and KPI'S are met
- Hold regularly performance reviews
- Motivate and support team where needed
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Review of Bank Reconciliations
- Expenses and credit card analysis
- Retail reconciliations
- Monthly analysis and review of reconciliation of actual costs against budget
- Preparation for Audit
- Annual budgeting
Candidate Profile:
- 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager
- Retail background is desired but not essential
- Experience with multiple entities and currencies
- Proven Managerial background
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Confident communication
