Job Description

Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Reports To: Senior Financial Planner & Analyst

Key Purpose:

  • Producing quality financial information, including the monthly Board Report;
  • Daily revenue reporting and analysis;
  • Annual budgeting and weekly forecasting;
  • Reviewing and maintaining integrity of financial models;
  • Reviewing pricing and underlying assumptions through data insight analysis;
  • Performing regular data reconciliations to obtain comfort over the results;
  • Ongoing data quality review in consultation with wider business
  • Continuous improvement of management information.

Key Accountability's:

  • Meet tight daily, weekly and month-end reporting deadlines;
  • Produce and own the daily festival revenue reporting;
  • Produce and own the weekly forecasting process and performance report;
  • Ensuring the revenue tracker is reflective of latest results;
  • Development of new financial models and reports;
  • Assist in producing and updating the annual budget plan;
  • Assist in producing monthly Board Report and ad-hoc financial presentations for the business;
  • Conduct revenue analysis & reconciliations to provide comfort over the numbers and work with the business to add value to the reporting;
  • Assist with ad hoc projects including various data insights analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CIMA/ACCA part-qualified accountant or strong financial modelling experience required;
  • Minimum 2 years Management Accounting or financial modelling experience;
  • Multi-currency exposure;
  • Experience in fast paced business environment; and
  • French desirable.

IT Skills/Experience:

  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of macros advantageous
  • Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience of using and maintaining financial models
  • Experience of managing large volumes of data and ability to identify anomalies
  • Experience of Salesforce/WebDB/IAFF advantageous
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion advantageous
