Job Description
The Consultancy Group are currently recuirting for an FP&A Analyst to join a global FTSE 250 organisation. Your role will assist with the monthly budgeting and forecasting process, as well as support senior leadership with strategic decision making.
Key areas of responsibility
- Lead the month end reporting and analysis against budget
- Work alongside Business Unit Finance VPs to understand, review and challenge monthly variances
- Prepare monthly Board report providing relevant information to the Board members
- Gain a detailed understanding and insight of each Business Unit
- Support the quarterly forecasting cycle requirements
- Support the annual financial budgeting process and create simple summary outputs
- Responsible for communicating and liaising with finance and business stakeholders
- Ensure that all FP&A submission templates are robust, tested and fit for purpose
- Assist the Investor Relations function during reporting periods with relevant analysis
Candidate Specification
- Preference for industry with multi-revenue stream operations
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA only) at big 4 practice
- Experience as a FP&A analyst preferable
