Job Description
The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting for an interim Group Finance Manager to join a well known business based in Central London .As a key member of the Group finance team you role will be to to deliver high quality internal and external consolidated reporting.
Main responsibilities
- Ownership of the month end process overseeing the timely delivery of high quality information
- Preparation of the monthly consolidated management reporting under IFRS
- Involvement in preparation of consolidated annual budgets and forecasts
- Management of the half year and full year end process including the audit
- Preparation of external reporting including half year report and annual report
- Review of balance sheet reconciliations to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Development of a group accounting policies
- Monthly management accounting and annual statutory accounts preparation
- Provision of technical accounting support and guidance
- Involvement in corporate projects
- Significant involvement in consolidation systems projects
Person Specification
- ACA Qualified accountant
- Strong technical skills and experience of listed company reporting
- Multi-currency consolidation
