Job Description
The Consultancy Group are working closely with a FTSE 100 Tech firm who are in search for an Interim Financial Consolidations Manager. The ideal candidate would need to be either ACA/ACCA Qualified, with PLC experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checks around finalisation of Fabled and ensuring MCB is not in the ledger
- Detailed Balance sheet control checks to ensure no ORL balances are in ledger (required for completion accounts); ongoing need as cash settlements on some accounts are based in incorrect entity
- Detailed reviews of journals posted to ledger, and understanding of moving/non-moving balances
- Intercompany matrix and eliminations; ORL, MCB, Global ledgers complexities
- Intercompany Matrix by Company & understanding of recharges for TP purposes
- Education on ensuring intercompany costs/income are posted/coded correctly
- Improvements to Hyperion mapping document and process (Admin/Distribution control checks)
- Improve MHE posting process - currently complex and cumbersome
- Communication on standard posting/reporting process to ensure smooth consolidation
Key Skills:
- ACA/ ACCA Qualified
- PLC Experience essential

- Strong consolidation and intercompany matrix & elimination experience
- Solid interpersonal skills
