Key Experience § Significant organisational effectiveness and design experience § Consultancy background or worked in a credible in-house team § Advanced analytical capability § Ideally some understanding and experience of agile § Proven Organisational Effectiveness methodology and toolkitxperience of Operating Model and Organisation design, both Globally across multiple geographies and variety of models (e.g. Onshore/Offshore, shared services/centres of excellence, matrix) Experience of working in an HR environment consisting of business partnering/relationship management with business leaders supported by shared services and areas of expertise § Experience in transformation/change and/or project management roles (including operating model changes and restructures) § Relevant project management qualifications and CIPD accreditation (desirable but not essential)
