Our client, a private equity backed FinTech organisation are looking to hire an Organisational Effectiveness Lead during this exciting period of growth.
Working closely with the Chief People Officer and Regional HR Directors this is a newly created position to lead specific organisation design and operating model changes.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Identifying opportunities for organisational design changes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage the annual, quarterly and monthly organisational health check processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness levers are in place
- Deliver workshops, conduct interviews and analyse organisation documents to help develop a clear understanding of the as is structure, roles and responsibilities
- Plan the change effort and steer and support managers through the change process
The successful candidate will have extensive experience across organisational effectiveness and design
The person may well come from a consultancy background or credible inhouse team.
