P2P Process Analyst (Purchase to Pay) - Media - London
£400-£450 (inside ir35)
6 Months - extension likely
The Consultancy Group are delighted to support a Global Media organisation who are seeking a P2P Process Analyst. Reporting into the Global P2P Lead you'll assist in the development and implementation of new processes across the back office function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the P2P process to Global alignment, standardising as far as is practical
- Review monthly P2P key performance indicators (KPI) & present to key business stake holders
- Articulate and gain Business agreement on P2P process changes and enhancements
- Participate in evaluation of impact on process, gaps between business requirements and global design
- Manage P2P process activities
- Work closely with IT during new site implementation, prepares test scenarios and test scripts
- Supports the business during roll-out & cut-over by addressing issues and providing support to users
- Working with business & BPO to Identify system defects and enhancements
- Create IT ticket and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system defects and enhancements
- Assist in running the P2P process - responding to, and resolve queries, taking appropriate action and
- identify any preventative measures.
- Prepares & update P2P training materials, Train business / BPO
- Knowledge of US tax - TIN matching
- Assist with Audit
Skills and Experience:
- Part-Qualified/Qualified accountant or equivalent
- P2P Analyst who has a successful track record working on finance transformation programmes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Driven and prepared to take a hands-on and pro-active approach
- Ability to operate in a diverse, global environment
