Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Reporting to: HR Manager
Location: Central London
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process inhouse payroll for approx. 500 monthly paid staff.
- Software: Sage Line 50
- Processing all statutory payments
- Responsible for submitting P11d, P35 and other tax returns
- Posting Journals.
- Responsible for reconciliation of NIC, Pensions and PAYE and making payments to relevant parties.
- Responsible for the monthly pension submissions and auto enrolment
- Dealing with queries from employees and managers regarding their pay
- 2 years + experience processing payroll.
- Up to date with UK Payroll legislation
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills preferable
