Job Description

Role: Payroll & Expenses Administrator (Sole Role)

Location: City of London

Type: Part time (3 days per week)

Length: 3 months (Temporary)

Reporting to: Head of Finance

Main Duties:

  • Processing inhouse payroll start to finish for approx. 250 paid monthly staff
  • Using bespoke inhouse payroll software
  • Working alongside accounts department and assisting with all AdHoc duties.
  • Processing all statutory payments including SMP, SSP, TAX & NI.
  • Main point of contact for all payroll related queries
  • Liaising with HMRC daily
  • Sole responsibility of processing staff expenses.
