Job Description

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Management within AV and Infrastructure
  • Excellent technical understanding of Audio Visual equipment
  • Brilliant client management skills
  • Experience of working with Media servers, Display devices, Video conferencing, Control Systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Managing open and strong communication lines with the client and contractors
  • Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs
  • Working closely with Procurement to manage all suppliers, vendors and all other third parties to ensure we hit our targets
  • Reviewing deliverables across projects
  • Handling risk assessment logs and issues
  • Manage the project's specific deliverables to the time, cost and quality requirements
  • Coordination of all drawings, ensuring they are correct
  • Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, proposing corrective actions as necessary
  • Planning and scheduling all resource including engineers
  • Manage smooth transitions of projects to support teams
  • Recognising areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementation
  • Attend site meetings and travel internationally when needed
