Job Description
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Management within AV and Infrastructure
- Excellent technical understanding of Audio Visual equipment
- Brilliant client management skills
- Experience of working with Media servers, Display devices, Video conferencing, Control Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Managing open and strong communication lines with the client and contractors
- Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs
- Working closely with Procurement to manage all suppliers, vendors and all other third parties to ensure we hit our targets
- Reviewing deliverables across projects
- Handling risk assessment logs and issues
- Manage the project's specific deliverables to the time, cost and quality requirements
- Coordination of all drawings, ensuring they are correct
- Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, proposing corrective actions as necessary
- Planning and scheduling all resource including engineers
- Manage smooth transitions of projects to support teams
- Recognising areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementation
- Attend site meetings and travel internationally when needed
