The Consultancy Group are partnered with a Global Property business who are looking to hire a Project Manager with extensive experience of MS Dynamics 365 to lead an effective project change management process.
- Lead the whole project delivery life-cycle of implementing the finance system into the UK business including requirements gathering, scoping, design, build, data migration, training, UAT through to go live. This is to include bespoke integration with Salesforce CRM and billing tool.
- Appoint business process owners from the finance team and detail their roles and responsibilities including need to document detailed business user cases in line with overall project scope
- Clearly and consistently communicate to the business process owners and wider finance team their responsibilities and deadlines
- Work with the finance team to finalise the system design document and sign off.
- Lead data migration project
- Lead the UAT and manage the feedback and communicate to the project board / consultants any changes that are needed
- Implement and lead an effective project change management process that pro-actively identifies project changes and incorporates an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the Finance project team.
The suitable candidate would need a proven track record of change management and MS Dynamics 365 implementation experience.
