Job Description
The Consultancy Group is currently recruiting a US Reporting and SOx Compliance Manager role for a recently listed Healthcare business based in Central London. The business is experiencing rapid global growth and as such requires an experienced individual to help steer them through their recent transition to Plc status and beyond.
Reporting to the Financial Controller duties include;
- Lead role in the development, implementation and maintenance of financial controls and processes, including SOX and subsequent compliance reporting
- Preparing SEC Filings and liaising with external advisors
- Audit coordination for quarterly and year-end filings under US GAAP
- Significant ad-hoc duties including M&A and Financing
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Audit Manager from Big 4, with a proven track-record of working on US listed companies.
